I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but when ever I try to open a program I keep getting this error message:

IPB Image

after I hit ok the program will open but the error message pops up everytime

I don't know if anyone has ever run into a problem like this, anything would be helpful

I found this on the interenet. Perhaps it will help.

The answer to this is actually rather simple... It is similar to Windows dll errors, and MS usually has people reisntall windows to fix the error, but this is not necessary. open c:\Program Files and delete the MSN folder. This will not remove archived email or account information, as that stuff is stored in the registry. reinstall MSN from CD, or download MSN explorer. --> Issue should be resolved after doing this... I have done it myself smile.gif

on the top it says the program I'm trying to open - then Bad Image then under that it says The application or DLL:/windows/system32/inicfg32.dll is not a valid window image, please check this against your installation diskette

Also I think if you click on the picture it will make it larger so you can see the message

Yay go Disco! banana.gif

I was going to suggest reinstalling MSN. Once reinstalling directx did the trick.
