He is the number 2 on the list of highest points in a game under the great Wilt Chamberlain who is number 1 with 100 points in a single game.

I used to like the Lakers but not anymore.

I like the Lakers but Kobe can't do kit all by himself.

Kobe is good but too greedy IMO.

Kobe's got no team to work with. Who else is really gonna score? Lamar does alright at times, but other than that, there's not a whole lot of options.

On a bad not though my team, the Rockets, Yao is injured and McGrady isn't playing I heard...tuff games for them imo.

The suns streak was broken by the Wizards.Such a close game as well.
I still support them all the way.

I was a little disappointed with the NBA this year, the finals weren't very exciting. Spurs just crushed the Cavilers so it didn't make for a good final.

I was rooting for them (since they are a Texas team) but it would have been a whole lot more awesome if the series as closer.

As a kid, and even up to a few years ago, NBA was one of my favorite sports, behind Nascar. You know but now, just all the good old players aren't around anymore. All the teams changed their colors and uniforms, it's so unrecognizable. I really have lost alot of interest over the past few years. I mean no offence to anyone here, I just think the NBA has gone down the tubes a bit.

I agree SMX. It's one of the reasons I prefer College ball over pro ball.

I believe the league's image has suffered alot over the years, and that's a large reason why the league has decreased IMHO....

However, it will be interesting to see the impact Oden and Durant have on the league

I'm not as big a basketball fan as a baseball or football fan but the Celtics just got an awesome player in Kevin Garnett, I was just reading about it and wow they gave a lot for him, hopefully it works out because they have sucked for a while now

As a loyal Celtics fan for the last 17 years, who has known very little of winning (those two years against the Nets deep in the playoffs were fun), I can finally say that I'm truly excited about this team!

Just heard that the new Garnett jersey is already the top selling jersey in The NBA Store, which baffles me for happening so soon, but I'll take it anyway!

I suppose so, but I just considered the way the Lakers have been playing lately, especially when Kobe goes off. To me, it seems like it'll be a Lakers-Celtics final...

I really have no doubt that the lakers will take this series. They are just the superior team. I'm hoping the Hornets can take out the spurs and then they'll be relatively easy for the lakers as opposed to the Spurs.
A Celtics/ Lakers final would be really good for ratings. Kobe & co vs the big 3.
